Establishing a National Action Plan for the Health of Children and Young People: 2020 to 2030
On 15 August 2019, the Minister for Health, the Hon Greg Hunt MP, announced the commencement of a process to establish a National Action Plan for the Health of Children and Young People: 2020-2030. Building on the vision and objectives of the Council of Australian Governments' Healthy, Safe and Thriving: National Strategic Framework for Child and Youth Health – the Action Plan provides a roadmap for a national approach to improve and ensure the health and wellbeing of all Australian children and young people – providing them with the best start to life.

The consultation will close on Thursday 28 March 2019.
